Established in 1964, the Li Yeh Trading Company was originally a sales agent for food flavorings and cosmetics scents made by Japan's Takasago International Corp. and food additives made by Japan's Dai-Ichi Kogyo Seiyaku(DKS). Due to excellent sales performance, Li Yeh received investment from Takasago in 1980. The products sold by Li Yeh include well-known domestic and foreign beverages, snacks, instant noodles, seasoning packets, alcoholic beverages, nutriceutical foods, skin care products, and cosmetics. Li Yeh is constantly seeking out natural materials, aromatics, and seasonings that can answer to consumers' palate and scent.

Rippa Food Enterprise Co., Ltd. was established by Li Yeh Co., Ltd. in 2015. With the  technical support of Takasago International Corporation and DKS Co. Ltd., Rippa Food Enterprise produces high-quality compound food additives and seasonings,certified through the international criteria from HACCP, ISO22000, FSSC, etc in 2020.

The Lidye Group began serving as the Taiwan agent of pesticide products made by Takeda Pharmaceuticals in 1962. The group established the Eternity Enterprise (Taiwan), Ltd. in 1971 in order to expand sales of Takeda's chemical products such as synthetic rubber latex and PU resin. This company subsequently obtained agency rights to Takeda's foods and technical grade pharmaceuticals, and eventually captured as much as 50% of the technical grade pharmaceutical market in Taiwan. The pharmaceuticals imported by Eternity had helped to improve the quality of medicine and people's health in the early days when Taiwan's environmental quality was poor. 

The company is currently an agent for isocyanate and polyurethane resins and polyols manufactured by Mitsui Chemicals, Inc., as well as the products of Osaka Gas Chemicals Co., Ltd., Mizusawa Industrial Chemicals, Ltd., Shijiazhuang Pharma Weisheng Pharmaceutical (Shijiazhuang) Co.,Ltd., including many commonly used industrial products, pharmaceuticals, medical goods, and food additives.
